Car Rental
General Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum rental period.
The minimum rental period is considered 1 day.
2. Minimum driver age requirement.
All drivers of rented vehicles must hold an E.U. or International valid Drivers license for at least 1 year prior to rental. Drivers for car groups A,A1,B,B1,C,D,D1 must be at least 23 years old, whereas for car groups E,F,Q,S,T,J,L,L1 drivers must be at least 25 years old.
3. Minimum kilometer charge.
All rentals are subject to a per kilometer charge for all kilometers driven, with a minimum of 100 kilometers per day. This charge applies unless otherwise stated on the Rental Agreement.
4. Maintenance
The rentor performs the scheduled maintenance. The rentor due to normal wear and tear periodically replaces the tyres of the vehicles. All other damages due to misuse of the vehicle is charged to the rentee (i.e Damaged tyre sidewalls etc.)
5. Basic insurance coverage
All vehicles are covered with a basic Third Party Liability Insurance which is required by Greek law.
Coverage limits: Third Party Bodily Injury 500.000,00 euro, Third Party Property Damage 100.000,00 euro.

Optional Coverage's
A. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) Included in our prices - Covers the rented vehicle irrelevant of liability with a deductible amount of 400,00 euro for (a), 600,00 euro for (b), 1100,00 euro for (c) and 1500,00 euro for (d).

B. Full Damage Waiver (FDW) Covers the deductible amount that applies to the CDW coverage.
Daily Charge: For car groups A,Á1,Â,Â1,BA,C,Q 5,00 euro
For car groups D,E,F,G,R,T 7,00 euro
For car groups J,K,S, 12,00 euro
For car groups L,S1 18 euro
C. Theft Waiver (TW) Covers the rented vehicle against total theft with a deductible amount of 300,00 euro for all cars except L & S1 who has 400,00 euro.
Daily Charge: For car groups A,Á1,Â,Â1,BA,C,Q 3,00 euro
For car groups D,E,F,G,J,R,S 4,00 euro
For car groups L,K,S1,T 5,00 euro
D. Full Theft Waiver (FTW) Covers the deductible amount that applies to the TW coverage.
Daily Charge 2,50 euro for all car groups.
E. Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) Covers the driver of the vehicle up to the amount of 14.673,51 euro in case disability or death.

A. Child or Baby Seat (CS, BS)
Daily Charge : 3 euro (max. 25 euro)
B. Snow Chains (SC)

C. Language Rack (LR)
Daily Charge : 3 euro (max. 25 euro)
D. Delivery or Collection of vehicle from or to locations other than the National rental stations (COL, DEL)
Charge : 0,4 euro P/K.E.
Delivery beyond rental station operating hours (NDL)
Charge : 14,67 euroF.
Additional Driver (ADD)
Daily Charge : 2 euroG.
One Way Rentals (OWF)
Charge as per the "One Way Grid" overleaf.
7. Traffic or other municipal fines.
The Driver is fully liable.
8. Refueling Charge
If the vehicle is returned with less fuel that it had when it was received there will be a charge equal to the value of the missing fuel plus a 7 euro refueling service charge (FC).
9. Accident administration fee
In cases of accidents an administration fee of 25,00 euro will be charged. This charge applies irrelevantly of party at fault.
10. Cross boarder policy
Cross boarder rentals are allowed only within the E.U. A prior written authorization is required. There is also an insurance premium fee that applies depending on the length of the trip and the country.
11. Transport of vehicle via ship or other media.
Rentor's written authorization is required.
12. Taxes
All rentals are inclusive of the following taxes:
A. Airport tax: 13% for rentals from Athens Airport (El. Venizelos)
6% for rentals from all other rental locations
B. VAT 18% for all locations except Rhodes, Karpathos where it is 13%.
13. Car types
All car types mentioned are sample models and are subject to change with similar models at the Rentor's discretion.
14. Road side assistance.
Provided through Interpartner Assistance - (tel. 210-9406224)
15. Security Deposits
A. For car groups A,A1,B,B1,C: The security deposit required is equal to the estimated total of the rental (including insurance charges, refueling, deductible amount - 400,00 euro etc.) minimum charge of 150,00 euro per day. The above mentioned security deposit is not required for renters using credit cards honored by National.
B. Cash rentals are not available for all other car groups.
